Bongo's is an excellent barbershop. I am always impressed with how precise my barber is with my haircut. Their customer service is unmatched, and they seem to know each client by their first name when they walk in! The barbershop itself is clean, family-friendly, and respectful. I booked an appointment for my husband for a little self care pick-me-up. We were warmly welcomed walking in and waited comfortably. Went over the style and look we were looking for and the gentleman that did the service did a fantastic job! My husband left feeling confident and refreshed. I highly recommend as everyone was incredibly friendly and professional! I would also like to add that while I waited for my husband, I observed there was another couple that came in with their infant son (Couldn't be more then 1). They came in for his first hair cut and they gladly assisted them. During the haircut they were patient and made sure to put extra care to make the experience positive.

My son got his first haircut here and has never gone anywhere else. We love Bongos. Last night we walked in without an appointment just to see if anyone was available and the owner was about to leave but said he was happy to stay and do the cut. He patiently listened to my son tell him how he wanted it to look and was so kind to him. He did it exactly how he wanted it and when we got home my son said “this is the best haircut I’ve ever had, mom!” Thank you guys for the amazing haircuts but even better atmosphere and kindness.

I have to give Bongo’s Barbershop a well-earned five out of five stars. Hands down, it’s the highest quality barbershop experience you’ll find in the state of North Carolina. My barber, Daniel Allette, is not only incredibly talented at fades and lineups, but he’s genuinely one of my favorite people to be around. As soon as I sit down, I know I’m in good hands. The whole appointment is smooth, comfortable, and over before I know it. My personal favorite is the freshly steamed towel experience. Bongo’s Barbershop is Christian-centered, respectful, honest, and operates with high integrity. The shop is clean, sanitary, welcoming, and consistently professional. It is without question the best barbershop in Greenville, North Carolina, and the perfect place to go each month for a fresh look and an even better experience. Wady is an incredible person and an even better local business owner, always looking for ways to steward a great experience to all of his customers. Daniel will always be my barber—no switching here. I’m truly grateful and thankful to God for such a blessed organization.
